a dangerous experience, no service, no one cares about you, the street is scary and dangerous and the drug trade, the voices until morning even inside the building and in the end If you don't like it, the hotel owner tells you to find an alternative. It was a miserable experience

Dont go here. Hotel room smells very bad and staff is rude. And they want 40 lira extra for next night. Not serious hotel. They knock at your door exactly 12 o cloc and says 'time to check out' in a rude way. The floor looks very dirty too.... I hope i dont get sick after this visiting.

Don’t get manipulated by the photos, those are not real! Those could be for the time, hotel was built ! I do NOT recommend it at alllll, why? Here are some reasons and check the photos I have attached to realize: Not clean at all Kitchen water heater has not been cleaned for more than a month (at least) Cooker was dirty and damaged Refrigerator was dirty and the cabinet it was in it, dirtier and humidity has gotten most of it Kitchen tap was loose Bathroom’s towel bar (heater) was not working Shower head was broken and I should’ve hold it to shower Bathroom is not clean and too small and i would hit the walls every now and then It’s very loud outside The outside light is directly in the room as the blinds are not good Blinds are not covering the windows and since the opposite building is literally 2 meter away, forget privacy There were 2 broken metal bracket in the middle of the room The stools were too dirty to even sit on it The safe box was not working One of the power plug was not working, the other one, heated my charger like crazy The wardrobe (if you call it) was not clean at all I had to basically clean the whole place with disinfectant wipes and disinfectant spray before being able to use it!! And they have held me for an hour before checking me in claiming they were cleaning the room!! I couldn’t find a single spot being cleaned! Only plus side was it was close to Taksim but as many other hotels which i have checked for my next visit! And worst of all, AC was not working at all so i have asked them to change my room, they said they don’t have any available. So i contacted hotels.com and they’ve contacted hotel and they said the same. And they refused to cancel my reservation! On the second day when i went to have a heat discussion with them they said tomorrow will change your room! Anyhow i had to accept as there was no way to get my money back. The new room had the same condition except it was bigger and unclean only difference was the AC was working. Anyhow, Don’t go to this hotel unless your expectations are close to None.

i booked online in Elements Suites based on its location and the pictures that they posted. And when i got there, i was shocked! We booked 2 luxurious suites, and we got 2 regular rooms in element hotel (another building separate from element suites Hotel). First of all, they gave us 2 rooms in the fifth floor with no elevator (very small round never ending stairs), one of the rooms was for two old ladies, one of them has problem with her pelvis and cannot use stairs, we negotiated for hours with the guy at the reception who was very rude and didn't want to upset his boss! after many attempts we managed to take one of the rooms at the Ground floor. the room was big but very old and dirty, the spiders were everywhere, its bedroom was under the street and all the smell of the chimneys enter through the window. No light in the bathroom, they had to take their shower using the flash light of their phones for two days until the technician arrived and fixed it. No water in the bathroom (they fixed it the same day). Our room in the fifth floor was a triple room, but we were unable to fit our 3 bags in it (going with the bags up and down the stairs is really risky), old dirty room, there is something in the closet that keeps making noises all the time we couldnt sleep because of it.. they will not clean until you tell them to do so and will only do your bed and bathroom. The only good thing about this hotel is its location, 5 minutes walk from Taksim square although it is in a very very poor neighborhood.

At first it is NOT a hotel. They do not have any kind of hotel services even they don't have any security and don't absolutely care about your safeness during the stay. There is not elevator, the stairs are very high degreed it feels like climing with your luggage. No any help from the only staff. The location is also high criminal area. The room condition is also awful, somebody's hairs it is just the beginning.
